our old exchange program has been simplified!
now, when you donate your quality preloved baby & kids items to us, you’ll receive a discount code to use online. it’s our way of giving back while keeping beautiful clothing out of landfill.
what happened to the exchanges?
we’ve retired the physical exchanges and moved to a donation-based system. this means no more fees or back-and-forth — just a straightforward donate-for-discount setup

how much of a discount will I receive?
your discount depends on the number and type of items you donate. for example, premium brands may earn a higher discount code. you’ll always know your discount value once we’ve received and processed your donation.
